Check your next transaction receipt and you may find your latest treatment or product purchase has taken you one step closer to enjoying a truly indulgent treatment on us.
How the Hand & Foot Spa Loyalty Points Work
Every time you pay for a treatment or product at any Hand & Foot Spa, you will automatically collect points.
- Every pound you spend on a treatment is worth 1 point
- Every pound you spend on a retail product, you’ll be rewarded 2 points.
Save up your points to spend on treatments at the Hand & Foot Spa.
We’ll keep track of how many points you have earned and you will be able to see how many points you have been rewarded on your transaction receipt.
The points you collect will be specific to the Spa you have purchased your treatment from. You may choose to collect points at any of our Spas, but these will be treated as separate accounts and won’t be transferable between Spas.
Spending points
Once you have collected enough points, you’ll be able to redeem them on treatments at the Hand & Foot Spa.
After your visit, let the receptionist know you would like to pay with points. You’ll need the full amount of points to cover the cost of the treatment you’ve purchased. The total price in points will then be taken off your account.
Remember, you’ll only be able to spend points at the Spa you have collected points from.
