"I have been coming to The Hand & Foot Spa for months-I discovered it after my first marathon when my feet were in desperate need of some TLC! I booked in for a medical pedicure which soon got them back in order and meant that I no longer feared the prospect of exposing my toes in flip-flops! Ever since I've been a regular visitor to the spa, booking in for both manicures and pedicures. For my wedding in June, I had some Bio Sculpture gels which were fantastic and stayed perfect for the honeymoon too! The Girls in the salon are really friendly and make you feel very welcome. All the products are cleaned and packets with nail files are ripped open in front of you so you always know that everything used on your hands and feet are fresh and new! “Walking into any of the Spas is like walking into a glittering oasis of calm, beauty and professionalism. Every member of staff is trained to the highest of standards. They’re welcoming, friendly, polite and most importantly they’re the very best at what they do. I regularly have acrylic infills which look so natural people think they’re my own nails. And just recently, before I went on holiday, I had bio gels on my toes. BLISS……. It meant no nail varnish, no messy removers and beautifully coloured toes for my entire holiday.

My nail technician Katie made sure I was comfortable and was always on hand if I wanted another drink etc. As I'm pregnant, she also explained what parts of the treatment she would change due to my condition. She instantly put me at ease and was very easy to talk to. They were also very helpful as to time scales needed for my next appointment. What was lovely was that I didn't feel at all pressured about having to re-book there and then. “I have purchased many Spa vouchers for friends but none for myself so it was a pleasant surprise when my husband gave me a treatment voucher in my Christmas stocking. I opted for a manicure, pedicure and bio on my nails.

It was a fantastic experience and when I called to ask if my big toe nails could be made slightly shorter I was given the opportunity to return to the salon straight away. This is what I call personal service! Nothing was too much effort. The staff are extremely helpful, friendly and polite. They are a credit to your company”
